I am a qualified Life Coach & Mindset Coach, and Mum to my little man Freddie.

I help mums, like you, lighten your mental load so you can create the mental capacity to beautifully soak in the little and big moments of your day.

A heavy mental load is something mums often carry as the central cog of their family nucleus and includes:
