How does it work?

Over 10 weeks, you will implement the Offload Practice and develop the essential skills to successfully lighten your mental load well into your future.

Through fortnightly live group coaching calls supporting you when challenges arise and a guided curriculum teaching you the deeper layers of successful mental load sharing, you will follow a proven process that will lighten your mental load without figuring out the 'how' by yourself.

You will be able to show up and live your daily life WITHOUT the mental exhaustion.

Investing in the skills to manage, share and lighten your mental load is something you won't take for granted. It will allow you to be present for some of the BEST moments of your life.

The Offload Practice

Offload is a sustainable, process-driven practice helping you lighten your mental load so you can enjoy your daily life without mental exhaustion.

In your first week of the membership, you will learn how to implement this practice so you can:

Lighten your daily and weekly mental load.

Create long-term solutions to delegate mental load with your partner/family.

Have more energy and mental capacity to explore interests, hobbies and things you love.

Guided Curriculum

Your Offload Practice will be most effective when you equip yourself with the deeper skills, that have been missing in your attempt to share your mental load up to this point.

Your 10-week guided curriculum, delivered straight to your inbox, will provide you with targeted lessons, curated journaling prompts, and powerhouse opportunities to develop and practice the mental load-sharing skills that will fundamentally change your life.

 

 

Live Coaching Sessions

A fortnightly live coaching call, led by yours truly, helping you effectively implement the Offload Practice and assisting you to overcome challenges you face when truly learning to share your mental load.  

This coaching will take place in a group setting, with 1:1 coaching provided throughout the call to maximise your progress. 
You will get the best results if you are willing to feel the discomfort of sharing in such an environment (but remember we are all in this together and the support and connection you create when you are open and committed to making change is so worthwhile).

You can submit your coaching questions ahead of time to be discussed on the call.

The coaching calls will directly reflect the course curriculum and will provide nourishing support as you implement the Offload Practice.

Pep Talks

A library of over 40 truly powerful pep talks centred around emotions and experiences that you encounter daily. These provide INSTANT mindset support and shifts to support you in the moment. They are pure magic! 

Pep talks are 10 mins +/- in length and are fabulous for you to pop in your ears over and over again, to guide you through big, little, positive and negative emotions in real-time.

Easily accessible on-the-go via a private podcast(Listen wherever you listen to your normal podcasts!)
