EP 92 | What I’ve learned from challenging myself

In this episode, I’m recording from the beach as I take a moment to reflect on the recent challenges I’ve chosen to take on, especially postpartum.

I’m talking about what I’ve learned from stepping outside my comfort zone, both in personal and work life, and how it’s impacted my mindset and resilience.

This episode is for you if you’re feeling ready (or maybe a bit nervous!) to lean into growth, even when things feel hard.

I share what it’s been like to embrace growth, how I’m reconnecting with past skills, and why the little shifts in mindset make all the difference.

What you’ll learn in this episode:

  • How stepping out of my comfort zone has reignited my confidence and brought a new level of energy to my days.
  • The power of asking for help – and why sometimes it’s so refreshing to be the one receiving instead of always giving.
  • How challenges reconnect us to the skills that we may not have used in a while and why it’s worth re-awakening these strengths.
  • How these challenges have given me more patience with my kids as they navigate their own new skills.

If you’re finding yourself in a similar spot, wondering whether you’re ready to take on a new challenge or doubting your ability to step up, you’re not alone.

Take a listen and reflect on what growth might look like for you.

And remember, sometimes those little nudges outside our comfort zones lead to the most meaningful personal growth.

Grab your tea and tune in.
