I am a qualified Life Coach for Teachers, as well as a dedicated Primary Teacher.

I help time-poor, overwhelmed teachers avoid burnout and exhaustion so they can become their most productive and confident selves.
I guide teachers to stop doubting themselves and questioning their teaching career and rather to learn how to become a present and happy in all aspects of their lives.
