It’s easy to get caught up in busy life, but taking a moment to share a kind word can have such a big impact.

We’re so used to hearing opinions on how we parent, but what if we flipped that and made it normal to share kindness instead?

I share a couple of personal stories from a recent trip that reminded me just how much a kind word or gesture can impact someone deeply and how those simple moments can have a ripple effect on the world around us.
