EP 81 | Self-kindness and your relationship with yourself

In this episode, I share a personal reflection on navigating the complexities of motherhood and work, due to some unexpected challenges. Despite actively preparing for this time, sickness and changes to my children’s routines really prompted me to take a break from work.
