In this episode, I’m talking about how to create the change you need before you hit your limits. It’s all about recognising when 'it is what it is' isn't truly serving us and finding the courage to ask for the shifts when we need them.

Sometimes, the most significant act of self-care is simply allowing yourself to imagine what could be different.
