Ep 38 | What to do when your expectations of yourself are unrealistic

This practice can be done on a day to day basis or in a more zoomed out fashion overall in this season of your life. It is effective when circumstances change and we find ourselves âgetting throughâ or showing up in a way that we feel like we have to hide how we actually feel based on feeling like it is shameful or wrong to share how we are feeling.
